Conversation

30 minutes, no slides. Tell us about your background, what you're looking for, and what you'd want to work on. We tell you what the role actually looks like and what we'd expect in the first 90 days. If it's not a fit, we say so on the call.

A small piece of real work

For full-time roles: a 2–4 hour paid exercise based on a real problem we're solving. We share context, you share approach. For sales partner: one warm intro to a target prospect.

Reference + offer

One or two reference calls, then a written offer with the full numbers (compensation, scope, expectations). You take a few days, we don't push.

Start small

First 30 days are deliberately scoped tight so you can ship something real. We review at 30, 60, 90. If either side wants to part ways, no hard feelings — we've made the call together.

Is the sales partner role salaried?

No. It's pure commission — 50% of the first month's invoice on every deal you close, plus a 10% recurring trail for as long as the client stays. Most clients stay 12+ months, so a single deal pays out for over a year. Best fit for someone semi-retired, between roles, freelancing, or already running their own local business who wants a side income.

Do I need a tech background?

For the sales partner role, no. You introduce, we deliver. We provide a one-page pitch deck and full training so you can confidently explain what we do without needing to write code. If a prospect asks deep technical questions, you bring us into the conversation.

What other roles are you hiring for?

Right now, just the sales partner role. We're a small team intentionally — we don't hire ahead of revenue. As we close more retainer clients, we'll open AI engineer, designer, and customer success roles. Join the talent network above to get notified first.

Do you offer equity or a signing bonus?

Not currently. The economics are deliberately commission-based so we can pay above-market on every closed deal without diluting equity or burning runway on signing bonuses. If we ever raise a round and add full-time roles, equity will be on the table for those positions.

What's the work environment like?

Async-first, remote-first, written-first. Daily standups don't exist; weekly written check-ins do. We expect deep work and fast turnaround on the things that block other people. We don't expect availability outside your working hours.

Can I apply if I'm outside Canada?

Yes. The work is digital. Sales partner role is open worldwide; future full-time roles will be remote-friendly with overlap with North American working hours preferred but not strictly required.
