What we collect

We collect as little as we need to run the site and answer you:

• Contact details you give us. If you use a contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you share it, and whatever you write in your message.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This data is aggregated; we don't use it to identify you personally.
• Cookies. A small number of cookies keep the site working (preferences, security) and power the analytics above. Nothing exotic.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiries, to understand which content is useful so we can make more of it, and to keep the site secure and running. That's it.

We do not sell your personal data. We don't sell it, rent it, or trade it — to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

Who else sees it

A few service providers process data on our behalf — website hosting and the analytics service named above. They're bound by their own terms and ours to handle it properly. We'll also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and analytics

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some preferences won't be remembered. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can follow up properly. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form per our analytics settings. When we no longer need personal data, we delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and email in particular is not a private channel — don't send anything in a contact form that you wouldn't say out loud.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be called out clearly.
