Transparent monthly. No long contracts. No upsells dressed as advice.
You know what you're paying every month before you start. Local-business retainers run $1,000–$3,000 CAD/month depending on which agents are running for you. Custom builds and enterprise engagements are scoped per project; we share the budget and timeline before any work begins.
We bill monthly and you can cancel any time. We don't have lock-in clauses, "annual prepay" discounts that punish you for thinking, or surprise invoices. If we recommend adding a service, the recommendation comes with the math: here's what it costs, here's what we expect it to return, here's how we'll measure it.
02 — Discovery
A 20-minute call where we tell you exactly what we'd build.
No demos behind a sales-funnel paywall. No "our team will reach out." Book a 20-minute call and we'll walk you through the specific AI systems we'd put to work for your business — the workflows, the tools, the integrations, the rough cost. If it's not the right fit, no follow-up. If it is, you'll know what you're signing up for before you sign anything.
If you'd rather skip the call, message us and we'll send the same plan in writing. Whatever's easier for you.
03 — Build
Working software in 2-week sprints. You see progress, you steer.
We don't disappear for 90 days and surface with a "reveal." Every two weeks you get a working version of what we're building, links you can test, and a short note on what's next. If something's not landing, we change direction before the next sprint, not after.
For local-business retainers, the rhythm is the same: monthly check-ins on what's working, what isn't, and what we're tuning next. You get a dedicated account contact who knows your business and answers your texts.
04 — Stay
We're playing the long game, not the close.
Most agencies optimise for the next signature. We optimise for the system still earning its keep two years in. That changes everything: how we scope work, what we recommend, when we say no.
It also means our economics work best when yours do. We charge a fraction of the value we deliver, and stay with you while it compounds. Hard to sell, easy to live by — and you'll feel the difference six months in.
05 — Honesty
If you don't need us, we'll tell you.
Some businesses don't need AI yet. Some need a $50/month tool we don't build. Some need a different agency. If that's you, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere useful. We'd rather lose a deal than ship something you didn't need — those relationships rarely end well.
