What Creatrixe does
Creatrixe designs, builds, and operates AI systems — receptionists, booking agents, workflow automation, and consulting — for local businesses and teams. This site describes that work. Nothing here is a contract; actual engagements are governed by a written proposal or agreement.
Using this site
The content here is informational. It isn't legal, financial, or business advice, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice. You're welcome to read, share, and link to it. Please don't copy substantial portions of it and present them as your own.
Working with us
Every engagement starts with a written scope: what we'll build, what it costs, and what happens after launch. That document — not this page — defines the work.
No outcome guarantees. We build systems designed to earn their keep, and we'll show you the numbers from past work. But we don't promise specific revenue, ranking, conversion, or performance outcomes. Anyone who guarantees those is selling something we won't.
Intellectual property
This site — its text, design, and branding — belongs to Creatrixe. For client work, intellectual property transfers as described in your agreement with us: typically, what we build for you becomes yours, while our underlying methods, templates, and know-how remain ours to reuse.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping it aggressively enough to degrade it for others, no attempting to breach its security, no using contact forms for spam or unlawful purposes. We'll block access that harms the site or its visitors.
Liability, in plain language
We work carefully, but to the maximum extent the law allows: this site is provided "as is" without warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use. For paid work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement in question. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

We link to third-party sites and tools for reference. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices — their terms apply when you visit them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
